Absolutely love this cooktop. You can select hi to love flame or a simmer flame. No delaybin starting. Has a small loght that teminds tou thatbyour knob isndtill on if you walk away and forget. Wips clean sooo easily. Installers were amazing.

I didn’t buy this from BestBuy, but if I had, I bet it would’ve turned out much better. This cooktop is terrible. The burners are difficult to start, and they sputter and go out often. The design is poor, too, as the burners are much too close together. The largest burner accommodates a large pot or pan, but said pot is too close to the next burner, making that burner impossible to use. Also, the printing around the knobs (HI, LO, etc) began to fade/wear away very quickly. We got a Wolf wall oven at the same time, and it’s equally disappointing. When the oven is running in nonconvection mode, the temperatures are not accurate.
