  • Is this model battery powered, as it says in the specs. or is it line voltage as it says in the description? Confusing!!

    Thank you for your interest. The HP60D is powered via 12V battery clips; it requires an external power source to operate and does not run on a built-in battery. Its design relies on a connection to the vehicle's battery, so it cannot be used independently without an external power source.
