A Wonderful tv series to own or watch.

This was a very good tv series way back in the old days. The story lines were good with beautiful actress Lynda Carter being wonder woman besides her good acting. I am very happy the blu-ray disk set finally came out, as i have waited for more than 40 years to add this set in blu-ray disks to my superheroes collections. Another wish of mine came true in my life. Lol.

~ Wonder Woman gets the Blu-ray Series treatment!~

For years we had the series on several DVD packages and although glad to have it as a full set, it just didn't look that good overall. Analog DVD is an old format and to have this finally come to Blu-ray HD is truly amazing. Lynda Carter does an outstanding job as Wonder Woman in the 3 Season series from the late 1970s. The imagery and sound have not been this good before, even in the TV broadcasts back on 1976-1979 TVs. I do have to say that the DVD set is more colorful when it comes to artwork, but this Blu-ray format just shines overall on the 4K player and TV. Recommended if you love Lynda Carter as Wonder Woman.

Fun TV Memories Requiring Suspension of Disbelief!

Ah, the Mid-to-Late '70s... The Age of "Jiggle TV" (or "T&A TV")... Charlie's Angels (All six of them throughout five seasons), Policewoman (with Angie Dickinson), Three's Company and, of course, three seasons of the original Wonder Woman Lynda Carter! Those shows (and somehow even Lindsay Wagner's The Bionic Woman) were nourishment for male adolescents at that time which saw the rise in extremely attractive and glamorous women headlining their own TV series. Looking back on most of these shows, the quality of plots, production values, writing and intelligent dialogue were, alas, sacrificed for eye candy and, even worse, suspension of disbelief. This is most pronounced in the Wonder Woman TV Series which ran from 1975 to 1979 across three seasons (Pilot TV Movie + 59 episodes). While it still is exciting to see the statuesque Lynda Carter in her prime as both the titular character and her "ordinary human" alter-ego Diana Prince, it truly boggles the mind that the other characters close to both of her identities, especially Steve Trevor, could never put two and two together, nor even suspect that those two ladies are one and the same person. (That's why many superhero movies today address this issue by making the protagonists' leading ladies or men immediately know their secret identities.) Nonetheless, the video quality of the episodes in this nice box set is superb. Thankfully, they were not converted to widescreen, so we get to see the complete top-to-bottom images. All in all, binge-watching these episodes provides an enjoyable romp down TV memory lane, just don't expect much intelligent viewing.

    Finally on Blu ray.

I've Been waiting for this to come out on blu ray for a long time. Memorable, iconic. To me, Lynda Carter will always be Wonder Woman, no matter who has played her over the years. The blu ray is a moderate upgrade, but it still looks really good.
