A studio session that started out as an effort to create a couple of new songs for tour, ended up yielding a full-length album, fittingly titled InchForwardInch their first full length album in 16 years after the huge global success of their Oscar winning turn in the film InchOnceInch. It's story and accompanying soundtrack also went on to become an award-winning musical around the world. The album consists of 8 tracks written by Glen Hansard and Markeeta Irglovae, who take turns singing the lead. Building on the foundation of and with respect to their shared history, they move forward as two equals, supporting and lifting each other up.
