Q: How many Nm of torque (from a wheel base) can it withstand?
A: Enough. Thought i may have issues with it staying planted myself, however its very stable under large loads of force feedback.
Q: Does this fold up in any way for easy storage when done?
A: Yep. Zip tied the cables to the right leg and left slack in them at the bottom so it can be folded up and put away. It has two large thumb screws at the bottom that can be removed then fold the stand, and then reinstalled to secure it in a collapsed position. I leave my G923 wheel/pedals and shifter attached as well.
