A: @Staycooked. I used the HDMI cable that was provided in the product packaging. I have previously used HDMI cables from various vendors on a former PS3 console with my current 4K TV along with a 2006 HDTV (both by Samsung), and I didn't notice any issues and the same is true with my Xbox One X. Hope this helps. Cheers.
A: While every Xbox One X comes with a one-year limited manufacturer's warranty, it may not cover this kind of damage. We recommend that you check with Xbox Support to see if it can be repaired: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/devices
A: If you have a Microsoft (Xbox) account with your email as most do as you use it to sign in, it should be on your profile. I have many Xbox ones, and simply download what ever game I have put a code in one console to the others for when I'm using them
