Young & Beautiful - Young & Beautiful - DVD

Bob Preston, publicity man for Superba Pictures, uses his publicity skills in an attempt to make this fiancee June Dale the most famous movie star in the world. But in doing so, he forgets that women want to be attended to for themselves, not as objects of fame.

Seventeen-year-old Daniela (Alicia Rodrfguez in a fearless and unforgettable performance) is obsessed with S*x. But her self-proclaimed passion is in direct conflict with her well-to-do, strict evangelical family in Santiago, Chile. Finding an outlet by detailing her ruminations and exploits on her blog InchYoung & WildInch to her eager online followers, Daniela soon finds kindred spirits in handsome and pious Tomas and co-worker Antonia. As she struggles to balance both relationships, Daniela learns that having it all - S*x, love and eternal salvation - is more complicated than she ever imagined. Masterfully directed by first-timer Marialy Rivas and co-written by Camila GutiTrrez (on whose life story it is based), YOUNG & WILD is a stunning, erotic look at family and youth culture in contemporary Chile.

The Young Believers story is the story of four Christian teens that are navigating through their senior year in high school the teens use Gods Word as their weapon of choice against the temptations that confront them. This is a remarkable film which promotes godly living. Four teens, Delilah, Leah, David and Luke, have known each other for years and they make a pact at the beginning of high school that they will not drink alcohol, do drugs or have S*x before marriage. They are committed to the Lord but soon face challenges in keeping their promises. A boy named Jude dates Delilah and wants to take their relationship to another level. David is offered alcohol, Leah faces her parents divorce and deals with it by not allowing herself to be vulnerable, and Luke is tempted to play other kinds of music rather than music for the Lord.
