Super easy to use and convenient. I am by no means a grilling expert and this thing has churned out some great food for the fam. I have smoked brisket, sausage, corn, and kabobs on this grill with great results. The temperature reading may be a bit low but I use a MEATER+ probe and trust that more for temp reading. I have been happy with the results thus far. The smoker is built very well with easy breakdown for easy cleaning

I was a bit skeptical not having ever heard of this brand, or having ever used a pellet grill before. I was instantly hooked from my first time using it. This grill has a very large cooking area. My only bit of (slight) criticism is that I wish it had 4 wheels. I have to move my grill every time I use it and it’s a bit heavy, so it would be awesome to have 4 wheels.

Love my Z Grill already. I wish I had made the purchase a long time ago. Very versatile.

Absolutely love this smoker. I have cooked multiple things on it and all have come out great!

Great Smoker, safely packed and delivered. First thing i did on it was brisket for 18hrs. Through the night in virginia, temps reached into the low 20s and it stayed within 5 degrees the whole night.

I'm serious GO LOOK!...........NOW! NOT A JOKE! This smoker made THIS! End of story!

I am loving this grill. It was a bear to put together, and he definitely would benefit from two people. I have smoked on it a number of times now, and had excellent results.

The grill works amazing and is awesome ro cook on but there was just a tiny dent in the leg of it

We use this smoker just about everyday. It has definitely been used a lot!

To be honest, I haven't assembled it yet. However, the build quality looks excellent and we are looking forward to giving it a workout this summer. May use the Total Tech purchase to reduce the cost of having an "'expert" assemble it on our patio - $40 off.

Like the size of the cooking area,. Does not smoke meat very well. Left ribs on smoke for 3 hou1 per instructions and ribs still doesn't hav2a smoke ring have tried three different times with different pellets and longer times and still doesnt seem to make a difference, may try one more brand of pellet grill before writing them off all together

Ordered online did not receive 2nd box (which included legs, shelf, grills, and ash tray) called z-grill said they would send the 2nd box...next day got a call from z-grill and the person I spoke to the day before told me his boss declined the sending the second box my only option was to return the grill to best buy. The Best Buy near me closed so had to drive an hour to return. I will not buy from z-grill ever..Best Buy refunded my money without any problems. One thing I did not like with trying to call Best Buy you could never just reach the store you wanted to return it to...Instead they have a call center which I'm pretty sure is in another country had a hard time communicating and getting answers.

Love this grill, Great quality & built. Cooked briskets, ribs, pork shoulders and pizzas with this grill and everything came out and tasted great.

I would recommended this grill for a 1st time pellet grill user.

Had some issues with delivery running later than projected, but overall the grill was easy to assemble and is made of good quality. I have not yet used so I can't speak on that.

Love it. If you are going to get a pellet grill get the big one, don’t wast your time on the small ones

stopped working after about three months and best buy won't fix it and I can't get ahold of z grills.
