Q: Did the fingerprint sensor still work and do they install it for free?
A: Unfortunately, I was not as lucky as the other user. I've used many glass protectors over the years (including other ZAGGs), but after installing this one, I could not get the fingerprint reader to register my print at all. I couldn't even get it to register an additional fingerprint post installation. Very frustrating experience. I will be attempting a return of this item.
