Looks great, bad customer service from Zephyr

We received the wine cooler but we needed to switch the direction the door opens. The screws were so solid (great for you if the door opens the way you need it to already) that it was just impossible to remove. Even with special drill bits for stubborn screws. But upon calling Zephyr, the direction from the customer service department was to hire someone, event though it was a brand new product. They had no helpful input; just hope I have no other issues with the product.
