Love it!!!
Absolutely love this range. Oven heats a little uneven but just have to rotate dish 1/2 way though cooking time. Would buy again for sure.

Times and times overpriced junk!
Horrible quality of everything related to the product. Poor and uneven baking performance. Customer service is close to nothing.

Poor Delivery and customer service.
Our 36" range was delivered with a 30" door and kickplate. We went back to Best Buy in hopes they could locate the correct pieces. We were informed that it would take 3 months to get the correct size door and kickplate. After 3 days of calling and emailing Zline they finally responded. They were not apologetic or understanding of the situation. I had to take photos of the wrong pieces and packaging in order to get a case open. They could not confirm when we would get the correct size pieces. Unfortunately we had to cancel our order and find another stove. I was disappointed with both parties. Best Buy did not go the extra way to help us. I had to make all the calls and emails. Zline was extremely hard to get a hold of and even though this was an error on their part they were not able to get the correct pieces to us in a timely manner.
