I have to warn the next buyer to move on and find something else. This was 1000k and the quality is so poor. The box was in tact. The packaging was decent, however it arrived dented in 2 obvious places. Too late to do anything about it because all of the interior duct work had already been done. To add insult to injury, at this price it doesn't even have a filter. I do not recommend this product. I didn't see it in the store. These days we take what we can get. Let me do you the favor and save your money.

it came dented twice! it took me months to get a third one and it was also dented! Does not come with proper instructions, no filters inside and best buy does not replace parts for this item. This why is about 1K less than the other hoods

RIDICULOUS that this item came with NO DIRECTIONS for installation whatsoever, and it came so damaged the first time, I had to return. It also came damaged the second time , but I just couldn't go through all the hassles again, so I kept it. Basically I will NEVER use Best Buy again.
