Great product! I've bought many different appliances from this particular brand before and they never disappoint. I work two jobs and this is such a time saver every morning. It's very easy to use and I'm absolutely in love with the little tune it plays every time it's done boiling the water. The temperature is always perfect and it's been very convenient having not 1, but 2 of these boilers around our house. One of them is placed in my office and one downstairs for my family. It has 3 different temperature settings and is good for any kind of tea/coffee. 10/10 recommend.

My wife loves this thing. She drinks a variety of hot drinks, coffee, tea, cocoa, and even just hot water by itself; with it being winter weather it is getting thoroughly used already. It also swivels on it's base if you need to dispense at a different angle/direction. Heats and maintains the temperature without fail. Its pretty quite on the first warming of a new batch of water and is unadible on the warmer portion. My wife mentioned the only downside is the center container isn't removalable, but now nothing a simple large picture didn't solve.

[Employee of bestbuy] I recently purchased the Zojirushi VE Hybrid 5L Water Boiler & Warmer, and I’m impressed with its performance. Here are my thoughts: 1. Efficient Heating: The water boiler quickly heats up water to the desired temperature. Whether it’s for tea, coffee, or instant noodles, I appreciate how fast it is. 2. Temperature Control: The customizable temperature settings allow me to choose the perfect warmth for different beverages. It’s a thoughtful feature that enhances usability. 3. Large Capacity: With a 5-liter capacity, this appliance is ideal for gatherings or busy households. No more waiting for multiple rounds of boiling water! 4. Energy-Saving Mode: I love that it has an energy-saving mode, which reduces power consumption during idle times. It’s both eco-friendly and cost-effective. 5. Sturdy Build: Zojirushi products are known for their durability, and this water boiler is no exception. The stainless steel construction feels solid and reliable. In summary, the Zojirushi VE Hybrid 5L Water Boiler & Warmer is a top-notch appliance. If you’re looking for a dependable way to have hot water on demand, I highly recommend it!

I'll just share a few details that made me like this product. The button panel and main product body is protected from waterspills, which I did a lot. Water slides down smoothly and it's very easy to clean residue, this is due to the material, some kind of heat/water resistant film. The 5L is a benifit for my use cases, I used a lot of hot water to mix with soap for cleaning, very effective. I use the 208F hot water a lot and it's very hot and dissolves dirty sticky stuff from bottles plates easily.

Excellent product, as all other Zojirushi products I own. Heats water and keeps at certain temperature. From cold water to heated, it's definitely much faster and cheaper to just buy an electric kettle. However, if you find yourself frequently needing to use the electric kettle throughout the day, then this is where this comes in. At near full and single household, this will last me for 2-3 days. Since it's finally getting cold, I frequently make tea or hot cocoa. Instead of Coffee, I rotate it with caffeinated tea as an healthy alternative. Also, sleep-time tea (non-caffeine) at night. Really, anything that will replace water with that's not soda. It's super convenient to just walk up and pour heated water like water dispenser refrigerator. Is this necessary? Absolutely not. An electric kettle, I'd argue, is considered more of a necessity because the alternative is boiling water on stove top. It's a huge upgrade from stove top -> electric kettle. Whereas electric kettle -> Zojirushi boiler & warmer is 100% a convenience thing. One thing to keep in mind. I also like I can use the water from this for my cup ramen (a quick eat). However, the temperature that I like for hot cocoa and tea isn't hot enough for cup ramen. So, I have to increase the warming temp to the higher setting. What happens, when you increase warming temp, it will heat above that temperature and eventually cool down to the desired temp. That's just how this unit inherently works. It will boil water, then drop to the desired temp. That means, you'd be better off using an electric kettle if speed is of the importance.

Amazing water boiler, easy to use, perfect if you want a steady supply of hot water around the house, appreciate the different temperature settings.

Make my tea drinking much easier. Also hot water ready is convenient.

This water boiler is fantastic for having hot water ready at all times. The hybrid technology keeps it warm very efficiently. It's a bit of an investment, but the convenience and quality make it well worth it for tea and coffee lovers.

Replaced earlier 4l unit which ran almost continuously for 7 years. This one promises to be as good. Having hot water when you want it is a real serious convenience.

The boiler keeps the water hot. Easy access to hot water!!!

At first this seems like very expansive investment but you gotta try it. It is so convenient to have one. It is very useful in daily basis. You will have cup of hot water anytime of the day. It is quality product and i cant live without it now

very fast boiling lovely design this is our second purchase

I have been a fan of Zojirushi for decade. Good looking, quality materials, well made, most importantly dose the job exactly like it said so. I love it. I bought it during the storms, since i lost water for a few days. Knowing i can at least have 5 L hot water over the night, it helps giving me a peace of mind.

I purchased this to replace the broken previous VE one with the same brand. It would be good if it had the led backlight for the water level and a reminder led for filling water like my previou one.

VE broiler is really great it was excellent... Make my day start so easy wake up in the Morning at any time I have hot water to make my Coffee.... Tea hot tea any time I want..... Great choice I made!!!!

One of my favorite water boiler. Zojirushi produce great product overall, and this one is also in the top. It was great with hot water handy during the winter time, and only took about 10-15 mins to heat up the water.

Long lasting and a great ptoduct all the way around.

High quality as expected from products made in Japan.

Bought this as a gift for my elderly mother who only drinks hot water. Works great and she is very happy with it!

This awesome thing became one of my things that I use everyday. I use it everyday because hot water is ready instantly whenever I need cup of hot water. I don't need to boil the water few times a day to drink hot water anymore thank to this machine.
