A new Sea Turtle Protection Zone was announced by Mote in Sarasota County to keep turtles safe from unintended boat strikes. My heart is heavy as I write this. Just an hour outside of Austin, our neighbors in Kerrville, Texas have experienced an unimaginable tragedy. Devastating floods swept through their community, taking over 120 precious lives - including innocent children and courageous souls who died trying to save others.
