Stay Away From STG

Received with HDMI port not working. Called STG and was told that because the number lock on the keyboard worked that the computer was fine. Finally got it going with a HDMI to VGA cable. Not it freezes every 5 minutes. My guess is junk SSD. Stuck with a lemon and no support from STG.

Shipped with broken ethernet input - product mislabeled

Two main items here: 1: Product description was not accurate (wrong intel generation listed) 2: Ethernet port did not work. I confirmed via using different machine and had no issues. I ended up having to buy an ethernet to usb hardware. Product seems fine so far after those two issues but those are big issues imo for a freshly shipped item.

Good value

Well priced, in good condition. Would have preferred a more accurate description on the monitor ports though, it wasn't clear on what was installed- 2 VGA connections is a little outmoded!

Perfect PC for my needs

So far this is a great little PC. It arrived early and just as described. It is in excellent condition and is working perfectly. It was very easy to set up. I had it running in about a half hour after updates. I was a little nervous about buying a refurbished computer, but I'm so glad I did. With a core i7 it's fast and works just as well as my office PC. Overall I think this is good buy!

My Experience

The product was delivered much quicker than expected, it also performed wonderfully. I’m completely satisfied. However, there was an excess of glue inside that blocked off many parts and was stringing onto other parts I had to manually remove. So my only complaint was that jt was shipped in a semi-hazardous state inside. Other than that it was as I expected.
