Good product for excersize
Sturdy and works as a balance ball. Make sure you have a pump that will work with it.

Please ask the manufacturer to add a pump
Overall good and does what I need. However, it is unfortunate that the ball came with no air pump. Thankfully a family member had one so I could pump it up and start using it.
