SANUS Elite - Tilting TV Wall Mount for 42”-90” TVs up to 150lbs, 12 deg Tilt w/ 6.8” Extension, DIY TV Mount w/ Included Hardware - Black

This Sanus bracket goes a few steps beyond similar, cheaper brackets with a similar appearance. The Sanus difference is that it provides flexibility and access that others do not. For example, you can extend the TV out by up to 6.8 in. so that you can reach connecting cables and the release tabs should you wish to take the set down. That same extension allows more clearance for the bottom edge of the TV so that tilt can be maximized. The two scissor extenders operate independently, so there is a bit of horizontal swivel possible, too. Extending the arms when you hang the set on the mount gives you much better visibility. A screw adjustment at the top of each arm allow about a 1/2 in. of up or down travel - reassuring in case you don't install the mount perfectly level. If it you did perfectly level the mount, those adjustments allow you to fine tune the TV height (center the adjustments on their travel before you hang the TV). After the TV is hung (mine is a 55 in. Roku Plus series, with low VESA mounting holes, mounted high for bedroom use), you can slide it back and forth horizontally as required. Once your final tilt position is made, you can hand tighten each side so the TV stays at the desired angle. The instructions provided are good, if you read them carefully, except for placing the arms on the TV. The instructions aren't clear about the vertical positioning, and this could make a difference if your set's mounting holes are located low, rather than centered on your set. After a lot of thought, I believe that Sanus wants you center the arms vertically over the TV mounting holes whether the TV mounting holes are centered or low on the TV. But if the arms will then show, they want you to mount the arms higher so that the arms do not show when the set goes on the wall. Sanus does provide a height finder tool on their website that will tell you how far above the floor you should place the bracket, and it's even aware of where the holes are on a particular TV. But it can only be correct, I think, if you center the arms vertically on the holes whether the holes are centered or low on your set. In the end, I would suggest you trust, but verify, the results given by the height finder. I found that it got within about an inch of the desired height. The most difficult part of the installation may be finding your studs. My stud finder was not working reliably, so I pushed a pin with a plastic ball on its head through the dry wall on either side of center to find the edges of the studs. Sanus provides all kinds of screws, washers, and spacers, most of which you won't use, some concrete anchors, a hex wrench to make the height/leveling adjustments, and a heavy duty template that you use to determine the four drill locations. You need to provide a level, a drill, and a socket wrench. I found that if the template is level, the bracket will be also. But if not, you've got the adjustments!

This SANUS Elite mount is extremely well built and inspires confidence right out of the box. Installation is straightforward, the hardware is high quality, and the 4D tilt makes adjusting the TV smooth and precise. The ability to extend the TV for easy cable access is a huge plus, especially for larger screens. Once mounted, the TV feels secure and perfectly positioned with no sag or wobble.

Very nice mount. Easy install and it handles my 85 inch Samsung QN90F which weighs 100 lbs. with no problems. It extends out for access to all your cable inputs and swivels and tilts for a variety of angles. No regrets on this purchase!

The TV mount I recently purchased, known as the "SleekView Universal TV Mount,"has proven to be a reliable and versatile addition to my home entertainment setup. Offering both functionality and aesthetics, this mount provides a secure and space-saving solution for displaying my television. First and foremost, the build quality of the SleekView TV mount is impressive. Constructed from durable materials, it instills confidence that my television is safely supported. The mount's sturdy design ensures stability, even when adjusting the viewing angle or swivelling the TV. I appreciate the peace of mind that comes with knowing my valuable screen is securely mounted on the wall. Installation of the SleekView TV mount was straightforward and hassle-free. The package included all the necessary hardware, and the clear instructions made the process relatively simple, even for someone without extensive DIY experience. Within a short time, my TV was securely attached to the wall, allowing for a clean and clutter-free setup. The mount's versatility is another notable aspect. It accommodates a wide range of television sizes and is compatible with VESA mounting patterns, offering flexibility for different models. I found it easy to adjust the tilt and swivel angles to achieve the optimal viewing position for my preferred seating arrangement. This adaptability ensures that users can enjoy their favorite shows and movies from various angles, enhancing the overall viewing experience. In terms of aesthetics, the SleekView TV mount lives up to its name. With its slim profile and minimalistic design, it seamlessly blends with my living room decor. The low-profile mount keeps the TV close to the wall, creating a sleek and modern appearance. Additionally, the ability to conceal cables within the mount's built-in cable management system further contributes to a clean and organized look.

This mount made installing a large TV a very simple experience. It includes a paper template for marking holes on your wall, and is very flexible for stud width, which helps when my wall did not have 16" o.c. studs. Once mounted on the wall, having the ability to rotate, tilt, and swing the TV out left and right makes adjusting for window glare or plugging in cables a breeze. I have already changed TVs since installing this mount, and the adjustment holes on the TV side allowed me to adjust the height of the new TV without having to move the bracket on the wall, which saved hours of work. I paired this mount with a Sinus in-wall power and cable management, which fits inside of the bracket box area, and they will likely be the only solution I will ever need in my living room.
