A: If you're experiencing microphone quality issues with the Soundcore AeroClip Open-Ear Clip-On Earbud Headphones during MS Teams calls, here are some potential solutions to improve call quality: Ensure Proper Wearing Position: Verify that the earbuds are positioned correctly on your ears to achieve optimal call performance. Increase Volume Levels: Raise both the volume of the earbuds and the connected device to maximum levels. Clean Microphone Holes: Inspect the microphone hole for any dust or blockages. Use a clean, soft brush or cotton swabs with rubbing alcohol to gently clean it. Try a Different Call Setup: If you are using MS Teams (VoIP or app-based calls), try using your phone to make a regular service provider call. It can help determine if the issue is linked to the app. Change the Environment and Device: Test the earbuds in a quieter location. Pair the earbuds with a different Bluetooth-enabled device to see if the issue persists. Use the App and Update Firmware: Ensure the Soundcore app and firmware are upgraded to their latest versions for improved performance. These are the best non studio earphones I've ever purchased. High quality sound, extensive battery life, comfortable, and convenient.

Absolutely blown away by these - I've tried all types of solutions for earbuds that let me stay aware of my surroundings and these are the first to actually exceed my expectations. I'm genuinely amazed how full these sound without forming a seal. They're so comfortable and sound so good they've replaced all my other earbuds, even when I'm just sitting around at home. They're lighter than alternatives from Bose and Shoks and at this price I cannot recommend them enough. Great battery life, multipoint, and a companion app that doesn't suck are just the cherries on top.

These are my favorite earbuds to use on the daily, I was hesitant on buying at first and then they went on sale for $99 which I felt was reasonable. But all around these are really great, super comfortable to the point of not realizing I am wearing, of course it would depend on your ear but overall the comfort is 10/10.. sound is also great, I wear these at the gym and they stay in tact even during hard movement sessions. I had the original Powerbeats for a long time but upgraded to these and do no regret.
