- A: AnswerIf you have a Best Buy Rewards card, they should have all your receipts on file. Otherwise, if something happens to his DVD player, he can just take it to any Best Buy and they will scan the bar code and your information with the protection plan will show up on their computers.

A: AnswerMy understanding is that yes... if your child accidentally drops something and it breaks, it would be covered. I've always had an easy time with Geek Squad honoring the protection plans I've bought when I've needed them!Answered by MomOf3
