Mellow Ab Work-out DVD
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Decent work out dvd if just starting out, coming back from an injury, or a big yogi. Personally I found it to slow, even the "cardio" segments. It has 5 segments plus a bonus one you can download. I almost fell asleep in the Pilates ab work out segment, the music was so calming that I couldn't feel it. My mother however loves it since she doesn't like the overly active aerobic workouts.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
