Had to contact them for issue with my gas stove oven door....it took quite awhile to get through and then was told they had no one contracted that could work on a gas stove.....very disappointing...what good is the protection plan if you can't use it. Luckily my stove still under warranty and they suggested I call LG and did give me all the info I needed to contact LG

If at any time we needed to use your plan, we can access it by looking up your account information. There's nothing that you need to do for it at this point. A:AnswerAfter delivery, I was emailed a "link" to see my "Geek coverage". I did not receive any paperwork about the maintenance agreement at the store when I made my purchase. Don't know if this helps??
A:AnswerDefinitely not through Geek Squad as their coverage does NOT include anything cosmetic.
Furthermore, if the product is still under MFG warranty, having geek squad come out to look at the unit will result in a service fee.
Reread your contract.
Maybe if you contact the manufacturer you might get some help...
