I love the refridgerator in spite of a small issue
The delivery came and was not able to be installed because we were told the outlet in the back had to be raised. They had to leave it in the middle of the kitchen and it is quite a large refrigerator. They also said the opening was 1/4 inch to large at the top?? My husband put in a filler to fix it. The second set of guys came another day and told us the plug did not have to be moved, after we spent 4 days getting an electrician in to do the outlet higher. The refrigerator has a 4 inch gouge in the back stainless panel that goes down the middle of the inside of the refrigerator and the kit that is to go over the water dispenser has a broken pin that was laying in the plastic when open. This is the third appliance issue we have had and we are still waiting for Best buy to resolve a rusting washing machine issue that was under warrantee and not repaired for 5 months. I have had to go to neighbors houses because of Covid and the lack of service representation for all these months. I do not want to go through returning the refrigerator but do expect compensation for the aesthetic damage. The ice maker has still not been hooked up. We are at our limits with repairs, etc. I just purchased over $14,000 in appliances with Best buy and hoping we will have a resolution. YOur manager Steve at the Boca Raton Store has been exceptionally helpful and if it was not for him and Amarilys, we would have been taking our business elsewhere.

Bad quality expaensive refrigator
Dont pend your money for this refrigator . Makes so noise and GE says this is most noise refrigator that they have produce !!! They come 10 times for service no solution !!!!! Expensive low quality product !!!!

Panel ready fridge
It was delivered without a handle to open the door. I purchased one separately from Best Buy yet they still have not been able to install the handle.
