Q: Can this replace a microwave that is mounted above the range?
A: Yes. That’s how ours is installed
Q: What is the Grease filter model number?
A: Hi Jackie123, the grease filter on this model is washable and reusable. They should be cleaned using warm water, dishwashing liquid, and a non abrasive brush. You can find the instructions on how to wash them on page 10 of the Owner's Manual. If you would like to replace the filter, that part number is W11369459. Hope this helps!
Q: This would replace an hood with a 22 in external round duct. Will it fit?
A: Hello! For model WVU17UC0JS per the Owner's Manual https://s3.amazonaws.com/sm-backend-production-attachments/owners-manual-w11508854-reva.pdf Vent system can terminate either through the roof or wall. Q: Why does the filters continue to fall off. Can you tell me how to install so this doesn’t continue.
A: There is a slot on one side of screen. It should go to the front. There is a tab on black thing it fits in. May have to play with the tab as I can not get it to move in or out like it appears capable of doing. Hope this helps.....
