Q: can you groom dogs with it ?
A: I would not try it. Why not? I used to cut my dog's hair with clippers made for humans. It did OK, but just OK. The blades seemed to tug at the dog's hair. She did not like that, obviously. I bought Osters, I think, and the experience was just so much better for the dog because the blades were for a dog's hair. Clipped right through and the dog was so much more comfortable. I was so glad that I spent this money on her. I would purchase clippers made specifically for clipping a dog's hair.

A: Yes, there are several different guard attachments depending on how close you want the buzz cut. We used a 4 and that got the length we wanted, but you can do a 2 if you want to get super close. Also, the Wahl YouTube channel has lots of videos on how to use this product to get the buzz cut you’d want.
