Better than expected; wife’s happy
Better than expected. I had been planning to replace an old over the range GE microwave with exhaust vent. This would have meant having microwave oven occupying space on already crowded counter top. This LG solved that problem. The venting through back wall is exactly the same as the old microwave. Installation was relatively easy, requiring help with wife to lift it into place, as many YouTube videos showed. I used some extra cabinet materials to cover the bare wall. See before and after photos attached.

LG above the range microwave
So far, I am very impressed with my new microwave oven. The only thing I wish that it would do is light up the panel of cooking options when you touch it. Very hard to see them otherwise. But it is extremely powerful and at 1800 W cooks my food at about twice the speed of my older one that was replaced.

Excellent microwave
I needed a low-profile microwave due to space limitations. The previous micro was too close to the oven, so this design was a must. The deal BB had on an open box was too good to pass up. I installed it with ease with the help of a friend. The template is a must. Microwave design is modern and suits my needs as a bachelor. The connected WiFi is a good addition. The design is working well with my in-progress remodel.
