Two duds don't make a right!!
Joy my Whirlpool washing machine so when I had to get a new dryer I thought I would stick with the whirl pool line. Got it the first time on the delivery guy kept opening the door and saying oh yeah it's hot when it wasn't. I did a load of clothes and unbeknownst to me it dried for 2 hours on cool dry when I check the clothes they were still wet. So on to the next dryer same model same make that delivered it the next week and again It didn't work this time I just put a wet washcloth in and let it go 15 minutes and it wasn't even hot it was cooler then it was when it went in. We decided not to go with the Whirlpool model again and we're getting an LG. Heaven help us..lol
