AC 24000 BTU
I bought this at Best Buy I ordered 24000BTU Black, they delivered a wrong one they sent me 22000BTu and it’s all damaged box is damaged and inside . I tried to return at Best Buy but don’t want to accept they say it’s a third party Best Buy they did not tell that I can’t return to them even to do I bought from them they should disclose their policy so I have to return at Costway it’s to much trouble to do this .my opinion don’t buy from Best Buy if you order just buy straight to another store if they have in stock and ask if something wrong and you w return or exchange to them.. oh the box it’s even wrong label it’s showing 12000 BTU not even 24000btu
