The phone looks like it's in excellent condition, and I trust it's doing what it should, but I can't function on only 64 GB of memory. I thought I could trim down enough, but I can't, so I'll be returning this phone. Also, it's probably my area and/or my provider, but the 5G that I wanted this phone for hasn't impressed me yet. There are times when the phone indicates it's using 5G, but it's hanging or crawling. I do like the eSIM feature, which makes it so I no longer have to deal with physical SIM cards. Overall, the phone itself is fine, but my experience has been meh.

A product in vey good condition, no scratches Just like new

I bought this phone for my daughter as a back to school gift. She needed a phone since her and her sister wouldn’t be riding the same bus or in the same school anymore. Less than a week in, the phone is over heating and shutting off constantly. We’ve had the phone less than a month and now the screen is unresponsive in certain spots. When we try to hard reboot the phone or calls emergency services. I took it to Geek Squad to repair it but I was told that the company that refurbished the phone is not an authorized Apple repair company. Since Best Buy IS an authorized apple repair company, they can’t repair it. I was told to contact the company that repaired the phone but that it would be extremely difficult to find/get them to answer. I ended up buying a new phone from my service provider.

Excellent condition, like new, no scratches, buttons function well, cameras are top notch, easy set up, hardware functions as intended. Only downside, no charging cable.

The iPhone is in excellent condition but the adapter and charging cable are not original.

I got me one and man do it look like new, I cannot tell that it was used or anything at all as I looked at it, battery health is real good, feels new to me, very nice phone, I would consider buying another one, it works real good to me, it is worth the money, very good condition, it seems as if it is in excellent condition, adapter and charger do not look original, phone arrived earlier than expected, no damage, I highly recommend it to anyone, setup was a breeze, I like it in red color, in love with this phone, I was so excited when I got my hands on it to check it out,

My organization uses these to run special apps in our healthcare facility. I recently bought 24 of them and they all looked great, operated great and the batteries all had greater than 85% capacity. I'll keep buying them until they are no longer available.
