Q: Is it factory refurbished? How is the appearance(like new?, good? or something else)?
A: Is refurbished, I got a poor condition with scratches on the back. And the charging cable is not from Apple. And I paid $35 dollar to do return. Don’t buy it.
Q: Is it compatible with Verizon?
A: Best Buy will claim a phone is unlocked and able to be used with Verizon, but they don’t provide the specific model number, so there is no way to know. I took their word for it and went into Verizon with the phone I bought, but they couldn’t do anything with it because it turns out it was the global/Sprint model. Didn’t matter if it was “unlocked” or not.
Q: Is this a brand new phone or certified refurbished? Will Straight Talk work with this phone?
A: This phone is not brand new, it is pre-owned. Yes, Straight Talk will work with this phone.
Q: Will this work if I put Idea 3G sim in this mobile in India?
A: Don't have the answer, but you can look up the specs from apple which does go into details about the radio's that this runs on. Then check the Idea 3G network and what it runs on. Usually, there is a type of network and a frequency, if they match, it will work.
Q: It's unlocked for Europe sim cards?
A: I bought one and it turned out to not be unlocked. Best Buy will not do anything to unlock, only offers a refund. Proceed with caution.
Q: Is this compatible with t mobile
A: undefined
