Q: What does gps means? Is it ok with Wi-Fi?
A: All Apple Watches have GPS. The watch knows where you are. This is important for many functions including outdoor fitness or map. The GPS designation is used to differentiate the model from the “cellular” version which has its own phone line (that you need to pay for separately through your carrier). Unlike the cellular models, the GPS models need to be tethered to the iPhone for many of the functions (including all that use Siri or the phone).
Q: can the watch band be changed maybe a different color/type and size
A: Yes, different bands are sold at Best Buy, Apple, and other retailers. Be careful though of where you get it as not all bands will fit the same or look right. Also, when buying a band, make sure it states it fits the MM size of the watch you are getting.
A: I wasn’t sure either but took a chance on the M/L and was just fine.
A: Unlocked means it can work with a cellular provider, though if it can work in different regions, I am not sure. GPS means it doesn't require a phone service to work, but only works on Wi-Fi & Bluetooth.
