Customers regard the Torretta Premium Soft Fabric Ergonomic Gaming Chair as a comfortable and adjustable chair. They find it offers great comfort even for extended periods of use and appreciate the adjustable lumbar support. While some consider the price to be a bit high, many believe it is worth the investment for the comfort and quality it provides.
Easy assembly, arrived earlier than expected, and has been very comfortable as a home office chair. It is a gaming chair but has a pretty conservative look that is very professional.

Very good chair, however mine did not come with ANY lock washers. In the instructions, every bolt gets a lock washer. Every bolt is also pre-installed with a regular washer, however no lock washer was included in a separate bag, or on the actual bolts. The chair has two plastic housings/covers on the sides to cover up metal mechanical parts. These covers are flimsy. Mine are wobbly and one of them seems like it was not installed correctly by the factory because it hardly covers anything and bulges out too far. I did not see any obvious adjustment points for them either

The Arozzi Toretta gaming chair is so comfortable, I want to sit in it all the time instead of going out and being active. But hey, during a pandemic, maybe that’s not so bad? Seriously though, this chair is really comfortable to sit in, and with two adjustable support cushions, it’s pretty easy to get that “just right” feeling. Will it improve your gaming skills? Probably not, but at least you’ll be comfortable while you are losing. UNBOXING AND SETUP: The chair comes in a pretty large box and weighs about 50 pounds, so you may need to ask a friend to help you get it in your house, but once you get it inside and open it up, you’ll see all the parts neatly wrapped in protective plastic and cardboard. They even include a pair of cloth white gloves (I guess this is to protect your hands or the chair during assembly, but to be fully honest, I didn’t use them. Just be careful what you touch and you’ll be fine). Also included is an allen wrench (the only tool needed for assembly) and some instructions that are basically just graphics and smiley faces vs frown faces. Think lego kit instructions. That said, the assembly was pretty easy and self explanatory, so a detailed instruction wasn’t really needed. There are a few bolts that you have to first remove then put the parts in place and re-install the bolts. I like this better than a bag of bolts floating around but just be mindful that you will have to obviously remove the bolts before you try to attach parts or you will have a bad time. This is shown in the instructions with a sad face. One last thing to note about the assembly, I am a relatively strong man so I didn’t have any trouble holding parts in place and cranking bolts with a small allen wrench, but like anything, if you’re a little more on the weak side in your arms, you may want to have a strong friend help make sure you got the bolts tight. No one wants to sit on a chair and have it fall apart. (the instructions warn against power tools due to over tightening, but if you are very careful and set the torque way down, you can probably try that too.) FIRST IMPRESSIONS/GENERAL USE: So once I had the chair assembled, (probably about 30 min give or take and not trying to work fast), I introduced the chair to my rear and told them to get used to each other. Right away I noticed the back pillow giving me support in my lower back, something I was in desperate need of on my old, crumbling chair. Sitting for long hours gaming or editing, I was getting so much pain in my back and neck, but after a few days of using this chair I have already noticed a drastic change in lower back pain. The ability to recline back and take a break after a tough battle or long editing hours is also really nice to have. So what about cons? Well, there really haven't been a ton to report just yet but one thing that’s been bugging me but is pretty common with most chairs, (and MAYBE is my fault somewhere during assembly?) is that it does have a little “wobble” to it. At first I thought it was the bolts holding the chair to the base, but I gave them all a good extra tight turn and the wobble was still there. It seems to be coming from the point where the pole goes into the wheels. This is just sitting in there, and unless I misread the hieroglyphs, there isn’t anything to tighten that connection down. Like I said, this is pretty minor, it’s just something I notice when my legs get bouncy and there’s a little too much give in the chair. Another note, which is a con for me, but may be a pro for others, is that the arm rests are a little wide for my body type. I’m not a typical American at 5’5” and 140lbs. I’m fit and active and have a small body, but that said, I do feel a bit like a kid in a lazy boy when I sit in this chair. The outer leg supports don’t even touch my thighs and the aforementioned arm rests are so wide out that I can’t use them and a keyboard at the same time. When I’m using the mouse and keyboard or sitting back to preview videos etc, the rests are just fine and they do have the ability to turn inward or outward which helps close the gap some as well. And while we are talking about the arm rests, they do also go up and down so you can get that perfect rest height or slip the chair under your desk. OVERALL: I’ve only had this chair for about 5 days, but overall I am very glad I upgraded. My old chair was in such bad shape and falling apart without any of the comfort and support of modern chairs. This chair is comfortable, and, maybe most important to me, it’s NOT flashy. I have the ash color and even though it’s shaped like a classic gamer chair, there aren't any bright colors or RGB lighting or other nonsense I personally don’t need from a chair. I need comfort, support, and a subtle and professional look and the Torretta checks all those boxes!
