A: AnswerI don't have the laptop or any of its paperwork with me right now, but I'm pretty sure it's WiFi 6. Also, I have to add that, so far, this machine has had no problems at all. The bad and very bad reviews I read about this particular model simply reflect the percentage of defective units that got past their quality control. No manufacturer is operating at 100% QA success. I calculated that about 89% of the reviews we very positive and about 11% were very negative. So your chances of getting a good one coming off the assembly line is very high but not guaranteed. A: AnswerA Trial version of MS Office was preloaded. I have an annual subscription to MS Office so as soon as I logged into my Microsoft account, all my MS Office documents were available on this laptop. Was almost instantaneous. I chose to only let the laptop have access to two e-mail Outlook accounts while my desktop has access to more e-mail accounts. That system works well.Answered by DanandPeg

Awesome device
The i9 13 gen h series ... 1 tb hardisk ... and 16 gb lpddr5.... what else do you need at that price .. the only problem is activating face recoginization. Im not able to do so as its mentioning the device does not have any compatible camera even this one does ... else 10/10 for the device

Not recommended!
The laptop has good build quality and on paper great specs, but it has a lot of basic bugs. I'm not sure if it comes from ASUS or Windows 11 but it's very frustrating. For instance, the laptop completely crashes and goes into blue screen when it's logged off on "extended screen" and I try to log back in. Another example is in the middle if typing sometimes some of the text gets scrambled and I need to scroll up/down the screen to kind of refresh.
