A: Sale was 1 day on Black Friday. I highly suggest you buy these at Costco. Same exact model number and at Costco you get 2 years of AppleCare plus free. Off sale they are $299 on sale $169. Plus you have 3 month return window if something happens or you don’t like them compared to Best Buy’s cheap 14 day return policy. If you purchase them full price at Costco for the $299 and they go on sale in that 3 month return window they will refund the difference.
Q: What does not true wireless mean?
A: They are wireless, but you have the option to use them with a cord. They provide a cord you can plug into your phone. It’s just a personal preference.
Q: Are these comfortable while wearing glasses?
A: For me, the are very uncomfortable with my glasses arms under the cans. I prop the arms over the outside of the pad and that solves it for me.
A: Hi fellow costumer, The Beats Studio Pro should come with a USB-C to USB-C cable, among other things, as stated in the product's guide, this isn't typical, and you might want to check with the seller. I hope you get your accessories!
A: Buy some ear pad covers online to protect against sweat and elements. Very cheap.
A: Same here. Had less than 60 days. BB employee said they were much better product prior to the Apple acquisition (used to metal, now plastic). Now have to pay $29 to repair/replace! Should be a class action! Check TikTok to see so many experiencing same issue!!!
Q: With the protection plan is there any coverage for a last item ?
A: Hi Jeffk, Well it generally covers damage but not loss. However, with the Beats Studio Pro, there's a 'Find My' feature that can help you locate your lost headphones based on their last known connected location, which is pretty neat. I hope this helps!
