Q: Can this be used with an LG 50UK6500AUA television?
A: Yes it can. This TV model has bluetooth connectivity so you can stream the TV audio directly to the BeHear PROXY. Please note that TV speakers will be muted when audio is streamed to the BeHear PROXY. If you are watching TV with others and want to keep TV speakers sound as well, you will need to purchase our HearLink PLUS Bluetooth transmitter that can stream TV audio while keeping the TV speakers on.
Q: When a call comes in does it tell you who the caller is if they are in your contacts?

Q: Can these be used in lieu of a hearing aid (for someone who refuses hearing aids)?
A: I have used these with and without my hearing aids. It is better with the hearing aids, but sometimes I just use it without the aids.
A: As far as I know. I have not used the ear buds yet, but my daughter could hear the TV just fine.
Q: Can this be used with a speaker system?
A: The wireless neck has a switch on the left side either for the ear buds or built in speackers for personal listening. Note - does not extend to any other speacker(s).
Q: Do these have vibrating call alert?
A: I think it just has a ringer because mine doesn't shake when a call comes in and I am not sure about the alert part.
A: This BeHear will connect by Bluetooth to most new TVs but most TV speakers will not continue to work once one bluetooth device is connected.
