This could be a problem with an internal part or how the product was manufactured. It could also be caused by dust, internal heat or humidity. Accidental damage is not included.
If your product isn't working because of a power surge, we'll fix it or replace it.*
If there's a power surge or fluctuation that damages your product, we'll make things right. This includes a surge caused by a lightning strike.
We'll reinstall your product.
After we resolve what's wrong with your major appliance or air conditioner, we'll reinstall it if we originally installed it.
If you accidentally damage your vacuum while handling it, we'll take care of it.

If your vacuum battery won't hold a charge, we'll replace it.
Get a replacement for your original non-disposable battery if it fails to hold a charge.

To get help, just bring your small appliance into a Best Buy store. We'll check out what's wrong and get you a replacement (if the product is available) or reimburse you.
