A: Definitely! It's a fantastic vaccume for dirt, dust and crumbs. I have been using it a lot in the kitchen, windowsills, and front door area.
A: No it does not have a wall charger. You plug in the whole unit. I have mine on top of my washing machine in the laundry room. Hope this helps.
