We have the Puls Mini and Pulse Flex speakers as part of our set up and it was installed by BestBuy. This system never really worked for us for more than 15 minutes before it all stopped. The BluOS App to control it stinks even though we have plenty of bandwidth.
Recently we had to change the password for our Wifi network at home and now none of our wireless speakers connect anymore at all.
We tried everything on their website for days now and nothing works.
The speakers are gone from the Wifi network for good, no hotspot bla bla.
This is such expensive equipment and the app and online support SUCK! Everything is a bunch of loops that get you back to the same starting point.
Now both speakers also do not even play through bluetooth anymore either. Speaker connected - no sound.
I tried to get the firmware with the USB stick (who the heck still has something like that around, let alone can connect it to anything?) as recommended as a last resort on the website, but the promised email to download the firmware never came.
The BluOs App has two stars at Apple, I would give it minus 10.
How do we get our money back for this garbage?
All I want to do is listen to some music!!!!!!!
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY INTO THIS SYSTEM!
Sounds great at the store - WAY to complicated for the average human. Back to AUX cables we are.
