Q: Is this vacuum good for homes with pet hair?
A: Yes, it is. We have 2 dogs and it does a great job keeping the house hair free.
A: The vacuum itself is bagless, with a bin to hold dirt, dust and hair. You can empty the bin manually if you want (it's what I do as we have ALOT of pet hair and I don't want to use up the bags). The charging station is also a waste bin, so when it returns to charge, it backs in and there is a loud suction noise as the station sucks out whatever is left in the bin. The bags in the charging station hold alot, and if you empty the bin yourself before it returns, the bag it comes with will pretty much last forever
Q: can i put any cleaning solution for the mop or just water
A: Directions suggest adding cleaning solution to mop pad, if using.
Q: How does it handle blankets, clothes, etc on the floor?
A: It will definitely run over soft items and get jammed.
Q: Does the Bobsweep Ultravision robot vacuum avoid wires laying on the ground?
A: I was hoping it would, but not at all.
A: I use 5g wifi and haven’t had an issue connecting.
Q: Does it have auto carpet detection? So that I don’t have to map go and no go zones manually .
A: It does not have carpet detection. You must manually add No Mop zones, and they are rectangles, so if you have an angled division between carpet and bare floor, it does not work well. You can have multiple No Mop rectangles on each map.
Q: What is the water tank size? How much liter of water can hold?
A: Browsing online I found 350 mL. This seems about right although I havent personally measured the tank.
