Dora's kitchen
we were very happy to see the unit in place after a long awaited install finished only to find a big issue with the door of the unit. The door of this unit does not close at all. I can almost stick my finger thru the gap. What is going on. We can not use this unit. The sales rep said to give it time but so far nothing has changed.

Warming drawer
Smaller inside than our old warming drawer. Sticks out a little because of the push to open function. Not a deal breaker. Works well. Nice finish.

Refuses to open
Brand new unit installed by Best Buy. Drawer does not open fully when depressed. Very disappointing expected more from Bosch product line. Unit had a few scratches.
