The Bose TV Speaker is a small soundbar that clarifies speech and improves overall TV sound. Inside there are two full-range drivers angled to deliver wide, spatial sound, while the center tweeter specifically focuses on clarifying speech. And built-in Dolby decoding enhances the audio capabilities of your TV Speaker to deliver a more realistic and satisfying listening experience. Designed with simplicity in mind, a single connection to your TV has you up and running in no time. This connection can be either an optical audio cable (included) or an HDMI cable (sold separately). And the Bose TV Speaker is Roku TV Ready certified. Meaning, it’s designed to work seamlessly with a Roku TV. When connected to a Roku TV via an HDMI cable, you’ll enjoy smooth, automatic setup, easy access to the TV Speaker sound settings in the Roku TV on-screen menu, and compatibility with the Roku TV remote. If you’re looking for even more bass or just want to expand your system, you can add a subwoofer for more theater-quality home theater sound. The Bose TV Speaker requires a wired connection and is compatible with the Bose Bass Module 500 or 700 (Bose Bass Module Connection Cable sold separately).

Happily Surprised
I have a Bose lifestyle setup I've had for years. Amazing sound quality. Wanted more clear sound on two other TV's in the house. Wasn't sure if the vocals would truly be clear and tone down the sound effects in the background of movies and shows.. This little speaker absolutely has vocal clarity and actually has some good bass. If your looking for clarity and quality sound for an entry price you can't beat this speaker. If your looking for floor shaking bass and clarity I would suggest looking at a higher priced speaker and bass module. For the money this little speaker delivers. Excellent price at 199.00 for the holidays!! Do wish it came with mounting brackets. Had to purchase the brackets separately. Does have pre mounts for the Bose Wall Bracket and easy to install. If your mounting the speaker under the TV then the optical cable it comes with will have enough length. If running any optical cable or HDMI through the wall to hide any cables and your just placing it on a flat surface under tv,,, then you will need longer HDMI or optical cable to have sufficient length and hide all cables. I would definitely recommend this speaker!!!

Expensive and no HDMI at this price!

Bose sound bar
This is a powerful sound bar. Sound is crisp and clear and can hear the little things as well as the louder things. Very reputable company that doesn’t disappoint with their products. Worth the money and even got it on sale. You won’t be disappointed with your purchase. It is also really easy to install. It comes with everything you need unless you wanted to use an ARC hdmi cable for it. But the optical cable works really well anyways.
