803 D4 is our most compact model that makes use of all 800 Series Diamond technologies. 803 D4 steps up from 804 D4 by completely isolating the Continuum midrange driver in a separate enclosure called the Turbine Head. This all-aluminium enclosure is an inert housing for the midrange driver that avoids unwanted resonances and is decoupled from both the bass enclosure and the tweeter body. Cabinet stiffness has been increased with an Aluminium Plate that reinforces the top of the cabinet. Midrange performance has been dramatically improved with a new Biomemetic Suspension that replaces a conventional fabric spider with a groundbreaking innovation that reduces distortion behind the drive unit. The Solid Body Tweeter enclosure has been elongated, increasing air volume behind the diamond tweeter which improves the openness in high frequencies. The top section’s aluminium top-plate is covered in Leather by Connolly trim. We use luxurious, full-grain black leather for Gloss Black and Satin Rosenut finishes, and a light grey leather for White and Satin Walnut. Each new generation of 800 Series Diamond is a landmark event for Bowers & Wilkins. This is our benchmark and the most advanced range of loudspeakers we know how to make, equipped with our most sophisticated technologies and designed to deliver the upmost in sonic realism. The 800 Series Diamond is everything we know, and everything we are.

702 S3 is our 700 Series flagship: a state-of-the-art floorstanding speaker that defines standards for performance in its class. Its Carbon Dome tweeter is housed in a Solid Body Tweeter assembly, derived from 800 Series Diamond. That ensures even more realistic treble, while its decoupled midrange assembly, enhanced here with our revolutionary Biomimetic Suspension, provides outstanding midrange transparency and openness. And thanks to its downward-firing port configuration and its trio of Aerofoil Profile bass cones, 702 S3 can deliver bass that’s both profoundly deep and endlessly articulate. If you want the best in the series, this is it.

The R11 Meta is the floorstanding model of the R Series. For a listening experience, its combination of 12th generation Uni-Q driver array with MAT and four 6.5” hybrid aluminum bass drivers allow it to pick out the subtle details of a recording, while also delivering raw power and agility. Metamaterial absorbs 99% of unwanted sound for pure and natural sound.

If space is at a premium, 704 S3 provides the answer. The slimmest floorstanding loudspeaker Bowers & Wilkins makes, it still packs a mighty punch, with its twin Aerofoil Profile bass drivers ensuring ample extension and scale. Thanks to its decoupled Continuum cone FST midrange driver – enhanced here with our Biomimetic Suspension – it’s capable of delivering crystal clear midrange performance.

These sound surprisingly good in a properly room treated area. Extreamly detailed with insane sounstage and imagry. They are very bright, however, so if you're looking for true neutral/accurate sound, i'd get the kef blades or any 3 way studio monitors like atc, pmc, etc... these definitely have a "sound" to them that is not for everyone. I use them mostly for movies over music because i find the insane detail and bright forwardness work very well with movies that have a lot of gunfire and explosions. They sound best with neutral or warm amps, specifically mcintosh and anthem. I have them bi wired with an onkyo receiver currently, and I never have issues with clipping at the volumes I listen to. I doubt these would consume over 150w even at reference levels for indoors, so while their is debate on headroom and sound signatires with amps, i personallg don't think the differences are as substantial as people make it out to be especially on the movie side of things. Would recommend slight tow in and a subwoofer. The mid sub frequencies are amazing on these (like bass guitar). However, any actual bass (below 60hz id say) is pretty mediocre. I have them paired with a pair of adam audio sub15 subwoofers for now.

What can I say I’ve own a series of Sonos Faber home all the way to Cremona’s , the last 20 years I believe they were the best speakers ever made nothing until I started auditioning Diamond series, Bowers & Wilkins it took me a while to justify the purchase. It brings music to life as if they are in front of you.
