Q: Have anyone received there code yet for this game?? I have yet to receive mine??

A: They will not let me cancel!! Or give me a refund. Best Buy has terrible service and policies. Obviously, we purchased for the early access.

Q: So you guys scammed us? Got it. Typical best buy. Claim if we pre ordered this we'd get early access. Next time don't put that in the description then. Wish I could get my money back scammers

A: I contacted them 4 times yesterday saying I wanted the code or a refund. They refused both. I filed a claim with the BBB and my states Attorney General
