Q: is this good for making vinyl tee shirt designs? (1 answers)
A: The Explore 4 can cut vinyl and iron-on/Heat-transfer vinyls. Please keep in mind to use specifically iron-ons or HTVs if you're intending to use a heating element to adhere the vinyl to the shirts since normal vinyl will be damaged with heat.
