Hence the rice does not cook all the way. I had to take the lid off today and cook it. The steamer does work. I’ve used rice cookers for years. Measuring by hand and appliance. Regret buying such a small one. Too late to return. Maybe I could cook small amount in larger pot without it running over.

- A:Answer plastic good quality bowl, but the product is not reliable , mine stopped exactly after 7 times of normal use, just 6 days after my return window expired with best buy in a months time. emailed the problem to bestbuy but no response as of now
