A: There is a "free ride" option available in the app that will track your output, but to join live or scheduled classes you will need to purchase a subscription.
Q: With out a subscription, are there still interactive rides or scenery rides available ?
A: If you get the basic subscription which is like 12 dollars, that will give you the recorded classes and scenic rides. But without a subscription, you just get a blank screen with your data, speed, resistance, etc.
Q: Will these be back in stock and if so when?
A: We are working on getting stock but as you can appreciate there are some challenges with the supply chain right now. We will get them back in stock as soon as we can.

A: Hi momandkid, The Connect EX5s bike comes with an instruction manual with pictures to help describe each step. This assembly can take anywhere between 30 minutes to 1+ hours.
