There is a "free ride" option available in the app that will track your output, but to join live or scheduled classes you will need to purchase a subscription.

The bike requires a subscription to use. There was a free option but it appears to have been removed in a recent update. Honestly I do not recommend this product, you are better off getting a bike that does not connect to the internet.
