Beautiful design and impressive sound for the size
I am really impressed with the Edifier MR3s, especially given their price and footprint. Right away, the design stands out. The copper-colored accents are a fantastic visual touch, and the clicked volume knob provides really satisfying tactile feedback. Getting them set up was a breeze, and pairing to Bluetooth was quick and completely painless. For such small bookshelf speakers with no dedicated subwoofer, they push out surprisingly decent lows. They have a nicely tuned foundation that is really well-suited for music with good instrumentation. That said, I did find that out of the box, the vocals and highs didn't cut through quite as much as I would have liked. Setting up the Edifier app allows for more control over the EQ and offers a fair amount of adjustment. However, the app doesn't completely solve the issue with the highs. A little bit of tuning definitely improves them and helps bring the vocals forward a bit, but they still don't cut through as perfectly as some listeners might prefer. You also have to be slightly mindful of placement; because they are rear-ported, pushing them directly against a wall can muddy the sound. Overall, if you are looking for stylish, compact speakers with surprisingly good bass for their size, these are a fantastic choice that offer serious value.

Simple to connect, great sound!
These are great bookshelf speakers! Sound quality is excellent and I really like the ability to adjust the crossover for the high and low based on the surroundings. In addition, the connection was seamless and I was up and running in minutes. The dedicated bluetooth pushbutton on the back of the speaker makes this process easy. Great speakers for the price.

Quality speakers for desktop setup
These is a solid pair of Bluetooth speakers. Even without a subwoofer the sound quality and bass is good. Pairs easily via Bluetooth connection and no issues with connectivity or audio cutting out. Additional connections are included to pair with subwoofer or connect via wires. It’s a nice looking pair as well.
