The Forza Horizon 5 Premium Add-Ons Bundle includes the Welcome Pack, VIP Membership, and Season Pass One (Car Pass, Forza Horizon 5: Hot Wheels expansion, and Forza Horizon 5 Rally Adventure expansion) This add-on requires Forza Horizon 5 (game sold separately) or an active Xbox Game Pass subscription (membership sold separately).
The Welcome Pack includes 5 special pre-tuned cars, a Player House and a one-time grant to own any car available from the game’s Autoshow. Also included are 3 one-time grants for any Common or Rare clothing item.

A: AnswerThis includes the Car Pass and Expansion 1&2 (as well as a few other bonuses). I don't see a separate season purchase available. This combined with the base game (available via Game Pass) is equivalent to the Premium Edition that goes for $99.99. At the time of this answer, Microsoft does not have any available purchases outside what is in this bundle posted on their marketplace. Hope this helps.
