Bought this based on reviews and features and while i have not used the range much im impressed by the speed that burners heat up and the very solid appearance of the glass and oven parts. MAKE Sure you place your outlet per installation requirements....my old outlet is about 20 inches from the wall and so the plug prevents the range from sliding all the way in

I needed a new stove/cooktop for my 'new' kitchen. This fits the bill. It is smart looking without being over-the-top as a gadget. I am learning how to use it and so far I am pleased with my purchase. Good job, Best Buy!

We needed to have an electrician come and move the outlet on the floor to the wall since the back of the oven had no pocket/cut in for the outlet. It’s cost us over $200 to have that done - bad oven design! It also does not sit flush with the wall due to the back of the oven bump outs as well. So even with moving the outlet, there is a 3/4” space. We have a tile backsplash that hides 1/4”, so that 1/2” gap is tolerable.

Love this oven. The cook-top is designed without a thick back-plate so there is now enough front-to-back room for the pots and pans. The user controls are super intuitive (unlike the Samsung we replaced). The air-fryer feature actually works well and the oven heats quickly. No complaints.
