A: Mine arrived with only 19 battery cycles. 98% battery health. Very surprised!
A: It all depends. Apple products can only be activated once in its lifetime. So if the person bought it new and added AppleCare then turned around and returned it to Best Buy, no one else can add AppleCare to it ever again. You can get Best Buy's Tech warranty which will do the same thing but bad news is AppleCare itself is a one time thing per device(serial number).
A: I thought the same, but no. You get a perfectly new MacBook. Mine had 19 battery cycles, 98% battery health, and only a few very minor cosmetic stretches on the bottom of my MacBook. You won't be disappointed!
Q: Is there a chance this product may be available again? Approximately when would it be available?
A: You know this particular product seems to be especially rare. For me, I've been tracking it down for the last couple of days and it's been mostly listed as sold out. I got a couple of unavailable nearby as well so that really sucked, I think it means they only have it someplace 250 miles away from your local distribution center/zip code for pick-up only. But, I got lucky. I was looking at this product listing, and it was telling me it was sold out as normal, but it still actually let me add it to my cart and buy it this time! I don't know why, but it did get shipped by UPS. So, keep reloading and trying! Looks can be deceiving...

Great deal for a MacBook Pro
I ordered this laptop and it is great! The screen is bright and smooth. The keyboard has no issues and the system is very responsive. The only issue I have with the computer is the dents and scratches on the exterior (that’s the only reason why I gave it 4 stars).

Best Buy Refurbished is the Best Deal RN!
I was searching for a newer Apple Silicon MacBook Pro and found that pre-owned models on eBay were actually more expensive than Best Buy’s refurbished options. Plus, as a cardholder, I got 12 months of interest-free financing—an offer I couldn’t resist! While shipping took over 10 days for in-store pickup, the wait was worth it. The MacBook I received is in near-perfect condition with only minor scratches and just 74 battery cycles. It runs macOS Sequoia flawlessly and is more than twice as fast as my 2019 MacBook Pro i9—all while staying whisper-quiet. Right now, this is the best deal on the market. And if you’re not happy, you can always return it!
